Interested in Living at Walker this Fall?
Students interested in living at Walker Avenue Apartments for Fall 2024 must apply for housing utilizing the UMBC Housing Portal.
Students complete their licensing documents via the UMBC Residential Life housing application website. This web application will retain a copy of your signed license for reference. Financial Aid
Students anticipating a Financial Aid or Scholarship refund can defer some or all of their semester license fee by submitting a Financial Aid/Scholarship Payment Plan Addendum. The form must be completed by the listed deadline EACH semester:
Installment Plans
Students who would like to pay on an installment basis, rather than once at the beginning of each semester, should fill out the Installment Plan License Addendum found below. This form shows the dates and amounts that are due based on the type and term of the license for the 2024-2025 license year:
Guarantor Form
All licensees will be required to submit a Continuing Guarantor form for their file. Below is a sample of the form that is required to be completed via the DocuSign link, online. Please note, this form should not be printed and completed from this website, and is for reference only:
Meningitis Vaccination Compliance
Maryland Law requires all students living in on-campus housing to show proof of having had the meningitis vaccine or to sign a waiver that they are aware that the vaccine is available, know its benefits and have elected not to have the vaccination. Acknowledgement of your vaccination compliance will be required during the housing application process via the UMBC Housing portal.
