The above floor plans are approximations only, and meant to be used for general planning purposes.  Walker Ave Apts has several different variations of each floor plan, and does not guaranty that the space assigned will match the layouts presented above.  Please also note that, while these items may be depicted in the floor plans above, Walker Ave Apts does not provide televisions, shower curtains, computers, desk lamps, or bed linens.  Please reference the Community section for a complete list of amenities included in license fees.
